Site Inspection
The PDBR role involves site meetings but inspections are outside of the responsibility which is limited to ensuring and finally declaring that the design alone is compliant with the building regulations.
As a testimony of competence through witnessing the build process, the gallery below evidences Jason’s site experience in the CDM2015 role as principal designer, and carrying out inspections through being novated and working together with a contractor to address design issues that at times require quickfire solutions, stakeholder agreement, and swift actions towards implementation.
